not, is not... but the reasons are simple: it takes several months to learn how to use it... because it is strongly related with our network (graph) and geo frameworks... as our 3D framework is more oriented to interaction and data visualization, is more complicated to use...

Besides, the PV3D is so well done... In any case, we are planning to release some simple classes that could be useful for visualization.
